MOVAX pre-augers are excavator-mounted auger drive attachments for pre-augering utilised to support MOVAX side grip pile drivers and/or piling hammers in difficult soil conditions.

MOVAX piling drills are excavator-mounted, auger drive attachments for cast in-situ piling and other drilling works. The technology behind the efficiency is a hydraulically operated telescopic kelly bar with one or two extentable sections which can reach depths up to 10 meters.

The Movax Sonic SideGrip Vibratory Pile Driver is an excavator-mounted attachment with an articulating side grip that speeds the pile driving process on any job site. Manufactured in the U.S.A., the Sonic SideGrip® uses an excavator’s hydraulics to safely and quickly pick up, unload, place, drive and extract piling. This innovative pile driver is designed to overcome obstacles such as low overhead clearance and narrow passageways, as well as eliminate the need for peripheral equipment to be used in the piling operation. The Sonic SideGrip® can handle pile up to 50′ long, H-beams, pipe pile and wood pile. There is a model to suit every application.

Designed to match the capabilities of larger excavators, while combining robust structure and excellent pile handing. The Movax SG-75V is a high frequency pile driver with variable eccentric moment (*See Below). This minimizes the disturbance of surrounding environment by operating at a high frequency, and by avoiding an oscillation at natural frequencies of the soil and the surrounding structures. The Movax SG-75V is fitted with heavy-duty arms/clamps capable of driving a wide range of piles including: sheet piles, H-piles, tubular steel piles and other pile sections. It is operated with the Movax Control System (MCS™)which allows the operator to control all MOVAX operations, and commands the auxiliary hydraulics of the excavator. The MCS is available in two versions: MCS Pro and MCS Lite. Reporting and documentation of piling works with M-logbook™ (requires MCS Pro).
