Manufactured to withstand pressures of up to PN63, the housing materials include EN 1.4571, which corresponds to ASTM 316TI stainless steel, known for its robustness and resistance to corrosion. Optional features include bellows seal configurations and monitoring options for added protection against leakages. The valve is available in different construction types, including straight-through and angle designs, with dimensions specified along with flow coefficients for precise operational control.

The HEROSE Type 15C01 is a cryogenic ball valve designed for use in low temperature applications involving air gases, vapors, and cryogenic liquefied gases, including LNG. This valve features a unidirectional flow design with a relief bore and is available with weld sockets or threaded ends suitable for stainless steel pipes as per ISO 1127 or ASTM A312 standards. It operates within a temperature range of -196°C to +65°C, making it well-suited for demanding thermal environments. The construction materials include robust options such as A 351 CF3M for the body and 316L stainless steel for the ball. The valve's upper extension and other components are crafted to ensure durability and reliability even in harsh conditions. Additional equipment like locks for closure devices is also available.
