High-Efficiency Cyclones are some the simplest of separation devices to build but it is very difficult to know what to build. Our experience and knowledge provides the foundation for us to engineer and then build the high-efficiency cyclone that is right for your application.

Wet Scrubbers are devices that utilize some liquid (most often water) to remove contaminants from an exhaust gas stream. Wet scrubbers are most easily categorized by the type of contaminant that they are designed to remove: particulate or gaseous.

BADDRail 1000 is our most economical, mechanically fastened anodized aluminum handrail system. Utilizing stainless steel TEK screws to fasten machined mounting ferrules to vertical posts, this system allows our shop to manufacture the handrail that you require in an expediant manner. Sections are generally shipped panelized with our extruded kickplate system shipped loose for field installation. All HEC Handrail systems are OSHA compliant, with configurations available for other requirements such as BOCA. The BADDRail 1000 can be utilized either surface or side mounted, flat, radiused, or incline application.

BADDRail 2000 is our strongest mechanically fastened anodized aluminum handrail in our inventory. This mechanically fastened handrail utilizes components that are easily assembled using stainless steel set screws and cap screws. This system conceals all fasteners and exposes only the set screw access holes, which are located on the lower side of the horizontal rail. This system is also very attractive and OSHA Compliant. The BADDRail 2000 can be shipped in panelized sections of up to 24’ long, or knocked down for field assembly.
