High quality multi-cartridge housings constructed of 316L stainless steel for a wide range of applications for drinking and industrial water treatment (chemical, dairy, desalination, food, electronics, beverage, pharmaceutical, paper, etc.). Available in various sizes to fit different amount of cartridges, micron ratings and lengths, allowing higher flow rates than a single housing. The filter is designed for cartridges with standard DOE, other end fittings available on request.

Bed filters with butterfly valves manifold for removing suspended matter and turbidity reduction. Made of high quality materials, allowing a low cost through standardization. Depending on application and flow, can be designed with different configurations (Simple, Duplex and Triplex and modular system) with automatic or manual valves manifold with different filter media: flint of different grain sizes, anthracite, Turbidex, Cristal -Water, etc. Standard supplied with vessels that stand up to 10 bar pressure, and flow rates ranging from 1 m3 h to 150 m3/h. Reverse osmosis systems designed for the production of low salinity water by removing much of the impurities and improving the quality of water for use in applications for drinking water, service water, and water of different semi-industrial and industrial processes.

Includes 5 micron pre-filter, solenoid for feed water, minimum pressure switch, vertical centrifugal pump of high pressure made of 316 stainless steel, high pressure pipe of stainless steel and low pressure pipe constructed in PVC, 4” membranes of latest generation with high salt rejection, GRP membrane housing, flushing solenoid, flowmeters, control valves in stainless steel, glycerin pressure gauges, control box with PLC, conductivity meter and flushing system with osmotic water.
