The modular HIDROSTANK access chamber emerged from the interest in developing a solution that would join the strength of traditional chambers (concrete, brick …) with the easy handling, versatility and quality of finish that offer plastic products. From studies in collaboration with the Department of Plastic Materials, University of Zaragoza, was born the self- resistant reinforced polypropylene HIDROSTANK access chamber.

HIDROSTANK manhole steps are manufactured with corrugated AEH 500 steel rod that is 12 mm thick, covered by virgin co-polymer polypropylene with high impact resistance to prevent breakage during installation. HIDROSTANK manhole steps have anti-slip grooves and side stops to prevent from falling.

Ideal for quick and efficient clamping of pipes. Manufactured with 6 mm corrugated AEH 500, INOX 304 or INOX 316 corrugated steel rod, covered with virgin polypropylene copolymer with high impact resistance to prevent breakage of the material during placement.

The flow regulators are commonly used elements to control the outlet flow from storm tanks, when its emptying is made by gravity. We have different kind of flow regulators which adapt different situations.

Non return valve are elements which allows the passage of the water in one direction and prevent the passage of the water in the opposite direction.

Tipping Buckets are devices whose capacities are calculated according to the dimensions of the Storm tanks(installation height, lenght to clean, slope). To clean the tank this device is filled with water, once it is complete full it tips and flush all debris along the tanks until the sump.

System that cleans the sedimentation generating a discharge with the waste water retained in an attached chamber (cleaning chamber). This chamber is filled through a vacuum system composed of a diaphragm valve and a suction pump. The system is installed on the outside of the tank, facilitating the maintenance of it, and is able to clean tanks of high lengths. This system has obvious advantages since it is not necessary to supply external water, its maintenance is reduced to a minimum and it can clean longer tank lengths.

There are two ways to carry out the infiltration of rainwater: the first consists of doing it through the ground using permeable pavements, and the second is to collect rainwater through drains, which lead the water to the infiltration tank.

Hidrostank has developed the drainage set, to resolve the collection, treatment and retention and infiltration of rainwater in a single product.
