The EcoGuard™ abatement system is an integration of a thermal pyrolytic / oxidizer, two-stage water absorber (scrubber) and gas cooler. It uses a liquid re-circulation pump and a holding tank with an auto top-off feature. The system is controlled and monitored by a PLC and touch panel interface module. It will run up to four process tools. Fuel-on-demand feature and flashback controller are built into the PLC. Turnkey, modular and rugged design makes it an easy solution to your abatement concerns. Highvac has a full line of Point of Use (PoU) thermal and wet, gas abatement products.

Scroll technology was first patented by Léon Creux in 1905. It is used in automobile superchargers, air conditioning equipment, and vacuum pumps. While most of us at Highvac would prefer to work on the former, we’re in the industry of the latter. Although when it comes down to it, mechanics are mechanics, and we love to make them work again, regardless of how they’re used.

Highvac Corporation has a large inventory of new and rebuilt turbo pumps from several manufacturers, and is a value-added reseller of Seiko Seiki turbo pumps. All rebuilt pumps have gone through our rigorous remanufacturing process, including cleaning, corrossion-resistant coating (if required), high-speed balancing, assembly, testing, and quality assurance. Rebuilt pumps include a Highvac warranty for parts and workmanship.
