Hilco oil conditioning system should have a flow capacity of at least 1/2% of the total lube oil volume. The following chart depicts the recommended flow rate for reservoir size for each HILCO oil conditioning system.

HILCO offers a full line of process filter vessels for the treatment of amines, glycols, fuels, liquefied natural gases (LNGs), and gaseous fuels as well. As standard, HILCO process filter vessels are built to ASME Code Section VII, Division 1 with optional 97/23/EC PED construction available as well. All process filter vessels incorporate HILCO ’s high performance process filter elements. HILCO process filter elements incorporate a proprietary blend of fibers which give a much better filter predictability and fiber stability with varying degrees of moisture contents. As a result, HILCO process filter elements have exceptionally high dirt holding capacities which significantly extend online service life or run time.

Blower-Assisted Oil Mist Eliminator is designed for oil systems that cannot withstand back pressure or where back pressure may not be desirable. It can be installed with an air flow-restriction device to pull vacuum. It is also designed to maintain atmospheric condition in the oil system.

HILCO Oil mist eliminators prevents oil mist from contaminating air or soil, help-ing facilities comply with environmental regulations. It also makes for a cleaner, safer work environment by eliminating oily residue build-up on engine room floors, enclosures and stairwells, while improving indoor/out-door air quality and reducing fire hazards.

HILCO® offers several designs and sizes of seal gas filters for the purposes of particulate and liquid removal. Each one of our units is designed to the requirements provided by the customer. With our many years of experience, we are able to determine the best option for the application whether it is an initial startup or an aftermarket retrofit. HILCO filters are available in simplex design and in duplex arrangements for continuous operation.
