PURGIT manufactures and operates a fleet of cryogenic vaporizer skids for storage tank, pipeline, and barge commissioning projects. PURGIT designs and builds stainless steel air-assist and gas-assist mobile flares in several sizes – 2” to 6”. Our flares can be configured with blowers, knock-out drums, and flow meters for a variety of applications and are designed to set up on site in under 30 minutes. This picture shows a 6” gas-assisted, portable flare system. Ammonia, butane, propane, ethylene, VOC gases are among the cargoes we regularly flare. This picture shows a 6“ air-assisted flare system with a non-sparking blower skid. This is a smokeless flare and is designed for easy transport and quick set up. This unit is also ideal for use in temporary truck, rail or barge loading applications. PURGIT also offers turn-key flare and consulting services.

PURGIT designs and manufactures complete USCG Certified vapor control systems for barge cleaning and loading. Rental dock enrichment skids paired with combustor systems are in stock for rental/short term needs.
