HIMENVIRO has installed numerous electrostatic precipitators in various fields of application. We have built more than 200 precipitators within last 5 years. The design of our Electrostatic Precipitator has evolved and been refined over the years to keep with the ever stricter and more stringent pollution control norms of the government.

A pneumatic pulse-jet system provides continuous, automatic bag cleaning. On a timed cycle, a burst of compressed air is directed down through a venture at the top of bag. This includes clean air into the bag setting up a pneumatic shock wave inside it. The air flow through the bag is momentarily stopped, the bag is firmly flexed, causing the accumulated dust particles to drop off the bag into hopper. Since only few row of bags are cleaned at a time there is no interruption of airflow through the filter. This provides a smooth operating dust control or material handling system.

Our, `Electro-Plus-Hybrid Filter` technology, is a solution provider, using a filtering system using static electricity on the particulate matter, for higher collection efficiency with less pressure drop. It solves the pressure drop increase problem frequently observed due to bag clogging by impregnation of fine dust particles, in case of conventional Bag Filter System and enhances the bag life considerably. The hybrid filter is a high-efficient and high-performance complex filter system in which the dust particles from Dendrite Structure Layer on the bag surface to prevent the penetration of micro particles and reduce the blinding status of filter bags, thereby enhancing the filtering efficiency of the hybrid system.

HIMENVIRO has a significant amount of operating experience with large reverse gas type fabric filters for Cement Kiln and Ferro alloys Furnace lime kilns and metallurgical processes. The Reverse Air Bag House (RABH) is a custom-built filter, designed for cleaning gases with typically high flow rates and high temperatures. HIMENVIRO RABH have been designed to clean emissions from various industrial processes and handle a wide range of gas volumes from 50,000 m3/hr. to more than 15,00,000 M3/hr. Depending upon the duct characteristics, HIMENVIRO offers the most economical and efficient cleaning method to minimize pressure drop across the bag house.
