Our electronic throttle for ride by wire is based on the Hall Effect. The other features are also convincing. This e-Throttle is an in-house development of Hirschmann Automotive. The system recognizes the driver’s desired pace and converts it into a signal to control the speed of motorcycles, motor scooters or all-terrain vehicles.

Our sensors have a particularly long service life. Due to the magnetic system, they detect the position precisely and reliably.

In collaboration with automotive manufacturers and systems suppliers we developed powerful solutions for the wiring in the chassis area. This includes the packaging as well as the installation in the entire chassis area. Therefore, we create unique customer and product benefits. The factors innovation and technological reliability play a major part in the development. On the one hand, the weight and dimensions are continuously optimized. On the other hand, the chassis wiring is tight and robust and has the lowest tolerances. All in all, our products meet the highest requirements and withstand extreme conditions.

All special cable asseblies are customized and available in various quantities. As required, we manufacture semi or fully automated. In this way, OEMs get innovative solutions that ensure maximum efficiency.

Flexible central web that folds out during the press-in progress, high spring forces keep the press-fit pin stable in the PCB, ambient temperature of -40° C to +150° C, validation in accordance with DIN EN 60352-5 and various customer standards.
