With more than 45 years of experience, Hisarlar is specialized in various part sizes with manual and robotic welding and has the ability to produce a wide range of welded components with welded fixtures designed specifically for the part.

In the baths of 2x2x2 m dimensions, cataphoresis process is applied to parts weighing up to 900 kg, necessary operations are performed to eliminate corrosive effects and the commercial life of the parts is increased.

Hisarlar offers high-tech wet painting process, surface preparation, cataphoresis and surface coating services with its paint shop facility, which is the largest in the region. It offers a high level of quality guarantee with high corrosion resistance that meets the parameters demanded by our customers in all parts up to 5 tons in 10X3 m dimensions, 3 m height.
