Model SA-SERIES - Gas Detector
These devices are portable and IP68 and CE certified which can also be used as a fixed type. The detectors are used for safety application for sensing leak / absences of gases. These detectors employ the gas specific sensor for single as well as different combination of gases.
Gas Monitoring System
Model TX-250 - Field Gas Transmitter
HNL’s field proven micro-controller based, long-life, accurate, gas-specific transmittrs are configured with minimal cross-interference. It continuously monitors dangerous concentrations of gases. The output transmission can interface directly with any receiving instrument / system. The standard transmitter consists of a compact electronic module housed in a weather-proof or explosion proof metallic or polyster box, with an application specific sensor. and have : 1. Relay output, 2. Explosion proof & IP65, IP55 rating, 3. Easy sensor replacement, 4. One-man calibration, standard 4-20 mA, 5. 2 or 3 wire output, amart sensor interface, HART / MODBUS (RS485). This state-of-art transmitter is carefully designed and manufacture with industrial grade components for reliability, accuracy and long life. These transmitters are equipped with micro-controller and are optionally featured with self diagnostic, auto-calibration functions through embedded software.
Model TX-251 - Wireless Transmitters
The HNL Model TX-251 (Blind / Weather Proof / Explosion Proof) receiver unit is configurable to wirelessly receive and process signals from up to 16 wireless transmitters. It continuously scans all the channels and displays the readings in numerical order. The Receiver controller goes through a comprehensive self test routine and display diagnostics read out of faults if any.
Model RP-251 - Wireless Repeater
This wireless transmitter works along with wireless repeater. In this type of wireless transmitter repeater arrangement, the cap of the sensor is perforated at top of the transmitter, which allows the surrounding atmospheric air to get diffused with the sensor. Thus if any gas is present in the atmosphere, it will cause variation in the sensor output indicating the presence of the gas. The sensor output is then amplified by the electronic circuitry and digitally displayed on the transmitter’s LCD & transmitted in air through the wireless module transmitter repeater, which is then received by wireless module receiver. Depending upon the level of gas present, which also displays on receiver LCD, an alarm is triggered at corresponding levels.
Gas Analysers
Model GA-100 - Handheld Gas Analyzer
HNL’s GA-100 is a small, handheld and a convenient instrument to test & achieve optimum combustion efficiency in boilers & furnaces, a dire necessity in today’s world of ever-increasing fuel costs and a great value for money with the quick payback period of few months.
Model GA-150 - Multi Gas Analyzer
GA-150 is a rugged, portable, easy-to-use gas analyzer that monitors purge gases and the cooling gas in hydrogen-cooled turbine generators. It measures hydrogen in air & hydrogen in CO2 as well as CO2 in the air during maintenance purging of hydrogen rooted turbine generators. Switch selectable ranges on the instrument make it easy to choose the measurement required. To minimize downtime, it is important for the 2 step purge process to proceed quickly and effectively. The GA-150 helps achieve those objectives. During the first stage of maintenance purging, the unit monitors the changing H2/CO2 mixture. This allows operators to know the earliest moment to begin the second stage (air purge). This also saves money by minimizing CO2 usage. During the second stage, the GA-150 monitors air in CO2, which helps you decide when workers can begin maintenance.
Model GA–151 - Portable Gas Analyzer
Sensor Technologies Analyser is built up using sensors technology to suit specific application. Batteries Long life rechargeable batteries. Diffusion or Suction with Time tested, sturdy, high suction in-built pump supervisory circuit continuously monitors the pump against failure. Disposable Cartridge Line Filter & Moisture Separator Low porosity, disposable cartridge line filter & moisture separator suitably conditions the sample. Calibration A built-in procedure allows easy and automatic span sensor calibration using stand; 3rd gas cylinder. Periodic zero calibration is automatic on demand. Electronic Flow Meter An automatic built-in system measures a flow of sampling gas to obtain a constant sampling volume. Multi Fuel Selection The fuel efficiency analyser can be programmed for selection upto 10 fuels for calculating combustion values.
Model GA-152 - Multi-Gas Analyzer
Compact, Portable construction and simplicity of operation makes HNL Portable Gas Analyser a valuable aid for insitute use in constantly changing measurement sites. Its versatile modular design permits configuration and upgradation to suit specific needs. You determine the number of Sensors for your instrument from (1 to 8) or should your analyzer have a built-in printer or RS 232 Output or a smoke test probe so you pay only for what you need.
