Compact medium-pressure suction system for manual tools and small manufacturing machines. Less dust in the work area; The MultiStar MD 160 medium pressure suction system is specially designed for the requirements of electric and compressed air tools used daily in workshops. It extracts all the fine particles with an extremely high suction power and lowers dust load in the workrooms.

The greatest source of dust at the workplace is around the workbench or during intermediate sanding! Expert Z sander benches are wood dust certified and reduce the dust concentrations affecting people up to a minimum. The Expert Z is a sander work bench for extraction with a working width of 2 to 3 m using the existing central dust extraction system or using a portable extractor. Various accessories such as vacuum plates, rotation assembly or adjustable height provide an efficient and ergonomic work place. Operation is extremely low-priced and with low energy consumption. For higher demands dust capturing systems with underfloor suction are available.

The professional sands and polishes. The DustStar captures the dust. While you sand or polish, your DustStar reliably extracts the fine dust. There can be no better division of labour. The DustStar is easy to use, tremendously effective and of course tested for wood dust (GS-HO-11). Sanding and fine dust is cleaned and discharged through a 2-stage filter system with 16 m² filter area indoors and ~2 m² in the air inlet duct (M5 filter mats). The filtering is highly efficient and enables the easy recirculation* of the filtered air into the working space. This retains valuable heat energy and simplifies the installation of the DustStar. Simply set up, connect and start sanding.

Our technologies extract dust from production areas and also remove any waste. Our PMA material separator is an indispensable tool that reliably facilitates the disposal of process waste.

Magnetic separators are used in material-carrying suction lines, especially behind residual wood shredding plants, in order to catch metal parts resulting from the shredding process and thus avoid flying sparks with explosion/fire risk. Reduce risks and rely on magnetic separators from Höcker Polytechnik.

Cyclone separators are used where pre-separation due to long fabric materials or large area production wastes is necessary.

Conveyor belts and under floor conveyor belt systems are well suited, depending on the machine park and production profile, in various areas of the cardboard and packaging industry. They are ideal for transporting accrued production waste, centrally and with minimal energy input, to the central disposal site. Compared to pneumatic conveying, significant energy savings are available.

Suction systems with fans on the clean air side - so called low-pressure systems - reach a high efficiency of up to 85%, which is approximately 30% higher compared to usual overpressure systems. Advantages are not only energy saving but as well a low wear and tear of the fans and lower sound emission. In combination of frequency converting systems and drive control low pressure exhaust systems reach partially brilliant payback periods.

The innovative Vacumobil 140/160 mobile dedusters by Höcker Polytechnik set entirely new standards in extraction for wood processing machines and air filtration. They feature numerous improvements in regards to energy efficiency, equipment size, performance characteristics and application flexibility. Tailor-made solutions can be developed thanks to various filter cleaning processes and performance levels. Higher throughput is achieved by a housing interior optimised for airflow. Standard energy-saving drives (IE3) reduce electricity consumption. Two collecting vessels provide more usable volume. The Vacumobil is environmentally friendly to operate, with low energy consumption. Naturally, all models are tested by the Employer‘s Liability Insurance Association (BG) according to GS-H0 07 and only use BG-certified filter materials.
