The HOFGAS-CFM4c mobile  flare provides safe and environmentally friendly combustion of coal mine gas (Goaf and Coleseam gas).

A modular degasification system at the highest level for large-scale landfills. Equipped with several blower groups, one or more high-temperature flares and additional customised control and regulation concepts. The HOFGAS-LPM degassing system is the classic solution for the safe and extensive handling of landfill gases. Controlled gas processing for further use in generators or heating power plants.

The HOFGAS-Sparky compact degassing unit is used for household waste landfills without gas utilisation. HOFGAS-Efficiency high-temperature flare provides controlled gas combustion.

The HOFGAS-APM is a complete pump, treatment and flare station for the safe and economic treatment of methane gas from anaerobic fermentation. Apart from the plant components, a detailed regulation and operational concept is supplied for the specific adaptation to the particular process. In particular, the discharge pressure for recovery is regulated and the signal exchange between all involved components is supported. The APM system is a modular system and tailored to the specific needs of your operations.

Hydrogen sulphide is a by-product in biological processes and corrosive in the presence of water.  When H2S is combusted, sulfuric and sulfuric acids can be formed, which cause major corrosion problems in engines.

The HOFGAS-Assay is a ready-to-operate gas analysis system, with high safety standard for the accurate measurement of gas composition.

The gas temperature and moisture content is conditioned to the required level by cooling and condensation of the moisture in the gas. Depending on the required conditions air fin gas coolers or chiller systems are used to cool and condense the gas. After cooling/condensation the moisture droplets are removed from the gas with moisture (droplet/mist) separators or cyclones.

Particles in the gas are removed by robust filters units. Depending on the gas quality, particles in the inlet gas and required degree of filtration, Hofstetter offers different technologies. The Hofstetter filter units are designed for easy cleaning and provide the capability to clean the filters without reducing the capacity of the full unit.
