This robot is equipped with a Dosatron. This water-powered proportional dosing pump makes sure you always spray with the correct dosis of pesticide. Easy to spray small areas and a minimal waste water. The tank mixer detects when it is nearly empty. The tank can be taken off very easily for changing or cleaning.

The electric hose wheel (R4) with speed control has been developed especially for horticulture. The hose wheel can be turned on and off from a distance by means of the spray pistol or ball valve. There are no special demands for the spray pistol or ball valve. Moreover the hose wheel can be easily put on a spray car that is already present. The winding speed of the hose wheel is adjustable and changes automatically. Thus the person working with the hose wheel always works at the same speed.

Being Empas dealer we can offer their full programme. Several clients ordered two (or more) spray robots. To ensure a constant flow they chose a separate spray cart for each robot. In this way each robot has its own high pressure system and a constant spray pattern with equal flow. Besides, there’s always a spray cart operational.
