HFA Series Pleated High Flow Filter Cartridges are Pall Ultipleat high flow cartridge filters replacement, high quality pleated cartridges manufactured by Hongtek. The outer diameter usually made 6 inch (152mm). High flow filters can be made coreless or inner central core with outer hard cage, single open end when the another end is sealed by O-ring end cap.

MP Series High Flow Pleated Cartridges are designed for applications with large flow or contaminant removal requirements. The high quality is equal to 3M CUNO 700 & 740 Series high flow filter cartridge. The most outstanding characteristics of them are high flow capacity and high filtration efficiency. Outside to inside flow direction is the usual water flow pattern. The unique radial pleat design permits higher flow rates than standard 2.5 inch diameter filter elements, resulting in significantly saving labor force, time and space of water system.

PCF Series Nominal PP Pleated Cartridge Filters are made of Polypropylene fiber media. PP pleated cartridge filters provide excellent filtration efficiency and chemical compatibility across a wide range of liquid filtration process applications. The constitution of nominal PP pleated filter cartridges adopts thermal welding techniques to seal all components, so no side leakage happened, thus optimizing 100% integrity of PP pleated cartridge. PP pleated filter cartridges have large surface area that allows greater system flow rate and higher dirt holding capacity than depth filters. PP pleated cartridges are widely used in prefiltration field requiring high purity.

Hongtek PET Series Polyester Pleated Filter Cartridges are constructed of pleated Polyester(PET) filter media, with central core and high-grade end cap. Polyester pleated cartridges have low pressure drop and high flow capacity. PET pleated cartridges are produced using 100% synthetic fibers, which are free of binders or adhesives, exhibiting highly effective retention efficiency. What’s more, they are washable and reusable commodiously. Polyester pleated filter cartridges also called water replacement filters. The pleated design increases surface area and extends service life, making PET pleated cartridges to be one of the most economic options in water treatment.

PES Series PES Pleated Membrane Filter Cartridges are made of superior-quality naturally hydrophilic PES membrane and good polypropylene support materials. PES pleated membrane filters use a pleated high surface area Polyethersulphone membrane that has been designed for use in a wide range of liquid processing applications. PES pleated filters provide excellent flow rates, long service life, wide chemical compatibility and without added surfactants that lead to extractables. PES membrane filter cartridges are ideal choice for systems requiring materials that are reliable and have consistent & efficient filtration.

HPT Series Hydrophilic PTFE Membrane Pleated Filters are composed of high-class absolute rated hydrophilic polytetrafluoroethylene membrane and superior polypropylene components. Besides providing high porosity and permeability, PTFE membrane pleated filters provide high dirt holding capacity to minimize change-outs, high flow rate, long service life and low pressure drop.  The construction of PTFE pleated filters are all thermal bonded to make sure no adhesives and their wide chemical compatibility allows them to be available in all common configurations and existing filter housings. Each PTFE pleated filter cartridge is pre-flushed with ultra-pure water and was 100% integrity tested before final assembly.

NPP Series Nominal PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridges are made of 100% FDA approved polypropylene material, without binders, additives and lubricants. PP melt blown filter elements are manufactured to suit different pore diameter of nozzle-spraying melt blown machines.

Hongtek APP Series Absolute PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridges are constructed with high-technology design that take advantage of flow pattern progressively from surface to inner center. Absolute PP melt blown filters have significant service life, accompanied by consistent high filtration efficiency. Absolute melt blown filters are manufactured with progressively graded density and 100% FDA approved polypropylene material, therefore, the absolute rate of PP filters could get to Beta 1000(99.9%) and have super-normal dirt holding capacity and longer service life than normal PP melt blown cartridges.

PSW Seires PP String Wound Cartridge Filters are manufactured with honeycomb construction with FDA approved polypropylene wound yarn material, with outer layers loose while inner layers  tight.
