The Rotary Airlock BT Series meters product out of a hopper while isolating the air pressure in the convey line from the hopper. A typical application for an airlock is to meter product into a convey line. It is utilized to improve material release from the rotor pockets or when there is limited height available. This high-performance rotary airlock/feeder offers the following features: high filling efficiency, sheared angle inlet and minimum air leakage. Shaft seals are suitable for products up to a temperature of 300 degrees with a maximum pressure differential of 29.4 PSIG (2 Bar).

These factory welded tanks are used for large storage of ingredients or product needed for manufacturing.

The Pressure Blower Package utilizes positive air pressure to convey the material.
