Horus Energy Company offers modernization and replacement of pre-turbine valves. The gates are installed on the pressure pipe in front of the spiral chamber of the turbine and perform the functions of an operational, emergency and repair shut-off element. The electrohydraulic control system of the valve opens and closes the valve automatically during normal operation and closes the valve in emergency situations. Oil is fed to the control system and actuators from an independent oil pressure unit or the common oil pressure unit of the hydroturbine and gate valve. A pre-turbine gate valve is a device that ensures that the water supply to the turbine is cut off.
