We will provide technical support up to and including commissioning and beyond. We will not leave until the scrapers have achieved mature functionality and everything is running optimally. So that everything stays that way and you do not have to worry about anything, we offer precise and careful inspections. Since we are familiar with the challenges faced by all our customers with their specific plants and specific materials, we know that scrapers are exposed to considerable loads during operation due to static and dynamic forces as well as to the bulk materials being transported. Regular inspections and timely replacement of wearing parts will protect you against unpleasant surprises.

Which spare parts were needed during which period? What were the requirements for service hours in the individual areas of operation? HOSCH compiles statistics for each customer and provides this information as a matter of course. This approach has many advantages, e.g. qualified monitoring of your costs and a good basis for convenient planning of the next upcoming maintenance.
