The Blister Inspection System EOK FA, developed by HPF Elektronik, is an advanced camera inspection system designed to ensure high precision in recognizing colored objects packaged in PVC or aluminum foil. The software offers high-speed processing and supports intuitive operations through a Windows embedded interface, including a teach functionality for rapid setup. Its design allows for optimal thermal management, eliminating the need for vent openings or internal fans, thereby extending the lifespan of its components.

The EOK CC is a sophisticated computer-controlled code reading and inspection system designed for accuracy and efficiency in packaging processes. This system is equipped with up to eight high-precision scanning heads capable of evaluating various pharmacodes during code transport. It features electronic signal capture and evaluation, ensuring outputs are set if codes match reference data provided by operator input or teach-in. The EOK CC is user-friendly, with an interactive membrane keypad and graphic LED display, and retains all parameter settings even in power failures without needing a backup battery. The system's scanning heads are versatile, capable of monitoring different packaging elements by examining pharmacodes on cartons, instruction leaflets, and printed batch codes or expiry dates. The integrated shift register accumulates data from various sources to activate ejector units or produce direct outputs. This technology is specifically optimized for industries such as pharma, food, and cosmetics, where precision and reliability are crucial.
