Laboratory Room System

Wall Systems

The wall system in the laboratory area is made up of individual panels in modular form with a maximum joint width of approx. 8 mm including the sealing system. The design of the partition system enables the subsequent removal of each individual panel in order to later carry out installation work and changes to the inserts or repair work without any great effort.Certification exists for hygiene and fire, noise, X-ray and heat protection as well as tightness and gas sealing.

Ceiling System

The ceiling system forms a perfect addition to the modular wall system. The ceiling modules are matched to the wall system and
can be individually removed. All requirements for a laboratory area in terms of hygiene, tightness, ease of installation and surface quality are guaranteed. The clean room illuminator provides the perfect supplement to the modular wall and ceiling system. It has cleanroom-compatible certification due to its form of construction.

Door Systems

Door systems for laboratory areas are manufactured by HT to the highest quality and individual designs in our production centre. In addition to the requirements for fire, noise and X-ray protection, a particularly decisive feature for the laboratory area is its tightness.
Only in this way is it possible for an enclosed room system to function. The various door models enable a perfect adjustment to any room situation. Material and construction form are derived from the safety level of the laboratory and its requirements. All doors are secured against unauthorised access by means of a coded access control system.

Gas-Tight Sluice Systems

An essential requirement for fault-free functionality of a laboratory are various forms of sluice systems which, however, must all have a gas-tight design. One task is to separate the clean section of the laboratory from the contaminatedresearch section but to nevertheless permit access.  An additional aspect is the disinfection processfor personnel and material. This cleaning prevents germs being released from containment to the outside world. An autoclave takes on this function for all waste which is generated.

Installation Modules

Installation modules must be absolutely tightly sealed in laboratory areas in order to avoid possible contamination.
All necessary media supply channels are fitted with reversible dry seal. Media systems are designed to be gas-tight which ensures
that no media or particles can escape through an opening. These channel routings include ventilation flaps and a control unit
for ventilation and air-conditioning equipment.
