Construction Materials Testing
HTS, Inc. Consultants provides construction materials testing and quality assurance/ quality control, to private industry as well as federal, state and local governmental agencies. HTS" construction material testing laboratories are accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) in accordance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO/IEC) general requirement 17025. HTS currently provides services including laboratory analysis, field inspection, and testing of infrastructure materials including soils, concrete, and asphalt.
Geotechnical Engineering

Environmental Consulting
HTS offers environmental and waste management services including the preparation of comprehensive Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, provision of permitting support, and testing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

HTS Inc. performs non-destructive testing in the field and or fabrication shop of Structural Steel and Welded Steel , High Strenght Bolts , visual Weld Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Column Inspection, Nelson Stud Testing & Inspection and Welding Certification or verification.
