The fluid bed jet mill which features opposed grinding nozzles and a dynamic classifier. Air or inert gas at elevated pressure is injected through specially designed nozzles directly into the grinding chamber of the mill, creating a sonic or supersonic grinding stream. Raw feeding is automatically introduced to the mill chamber by an interlocked feed control system.

Spiral jet mill is a horizontal oriented jet mill with tangential grinding nozzles located around the peripheral wall of the grinding chamber. Materials are speeded up through venturi nozzles by a high-speed fluid discharged by pusher nozzle and enter into a milling zone. In the milling zone, materials are crashed and milled each other by the high-speed fluid discharged from grinding nozzle. Grinding and static classification both occur with a single, cylindrical chamber.

The machine uses the relative movement between the active fluted disc and the fixed fluted disc to impact, grind and crush the target materials. The size of granules can be achieved by changing ofthe screen. The dust will be collected and recycled via cloth bag or filter of the dust box. The crushing chamber is equipped with the wind wheel type high-speed rotary cutters so that the airflow in the chamber is strong enough to eliminate any heat in the chamber. It possesses the merits of smooth operating, dismantling and assembling, low noise and good crushing efficiency.

Conical Mixer consists of a transmission device, taper cylinder, outer ribbon mixer, inner reverse screw mixer and discharge valve. It is a new design for viscosity material. The material circles and rises under the operation of the outer ribbon mixer, while the inner reverse screw presses down the material along the shaft, which finishes the mixing. With a long force arm and weak impact force, this equipment is suitable for the mixing and reaction of highly adhesive materials with viscidity under 200, 000 cps, such as chemicals, paints, coating materials and adhesive. It is particularly useful for the mixing of non-Newtonian fluids containing a lot of solid elements.
