Huaqiao - Model TD - Restrained Spring Mount

TD Mounts are highly effective to reduce the transmission of noise and vibration from low speed mounted mechanical equipment into a building structure. They can be used in a wide range of applications involving the isolation of mechanical equipment vibration, some requiring inertia bases in addition to spring isolators, and can be used to support and isolate the following equipment types: chillers, compressors, pumps, internal combustion engines, and similar pulsating equipments. High deflection, free-standing, unhoused, large diameter, laterally stable steel springs assembled into an upper loading plate and leveling assembly, welded to the lower loading base plate. Ribbed, noise absorbing pads that are bonded to the bottom and top. Housing is furnished with Model TD. Holes or slots are provided for bolting the isolator to the structure. Epoxy powder coated springs and housings with a 1000 hour salt spray rating.

Application BH Neoprene Mounts are designed for both high static deflections and simplified installation. They are used to prevent noise and high frequency vibration from being transmitted to the support structure and local environment.BH Neoprene Mounts are loaded in both shear and compression to provide rubber in shear performance as well as overload protection. The complete neoprene covering of the metal parts provides corrosion protection in either humid indoor or outdoor service. Neoprene Mounts are widely used to isolate vibration for light mechanical equipments, e.g. fans, blowers, pumps, compressors, generators, etc. Bottom friction surface makes bolting unnecessary in most installations Structure: One-piece molded neoprene mounts with cast-in tapped steel load plate on the top and cast-in drilled steel baseplate at the bottom. TE series unhoused spring mounts is exposed type shock absorber, designed for large static displacement. Unhoused spring mounts without shell, steel spring without any obstacles, can not only in the vertical direction vibration reduction, and in a horizontal direction will have the same effectiveness. At the bottom of the rubber vibration isolation cushion, can prevent transmission noise and vibration.
