Model 2000CW - BCT

BCT-2000 CW is a blend of selectively-adapted bacterial cultures developed to enhance removal efficiencies in wastewater treatment systems operating under low temperature conditions. Specially-formulated bacteria and enzymes in BCT-2000 CW have proven effective in improving biological treatment systems. BCT-2000 CW has demonstrated effective degradation of municipal wastes, phenolics, surfactants and other industrial wastes at temperatures as low as 39°F (4°C). Many biological wastewater treatment plants experience a reduction in activity at lower operating temperatures. Typically this occurs during cold weather months resulting in reduced BOD, COD and specific waste degradation.

BCT-BAS and BCT-BAS RF

BCT-BAS encompasses a wide variety of organic degradation capabilities to target a variety of industrial wastes. The microbial blend incorporates strains capable of degrading fatty acids, surfactants, hydrocarbons, phenolic compounds, ketones and recalcitrant organics. The microbial activity of BCT-BAS blend is recommended to enhance BOD, COD, and TOC removal associated with industrial wastewaters.

Mined Earth Products

Model CL86 - BCT

When used with BCT-CLN All-Natural Flocculent, creates a tough, distinct floc that will not shear in recirculation.

BCT-CLN

Born out of a desire to provide natural alternatives to today’s tough Wastewater challenges, BCT-CLN All-Natural Flocculent was developed with the aid of University Chemists and Research Scientists. The task put before these outstanding individuals was to develop a product that would out-perform polymers, and yet be cheaper to use. They were spectacularly successful in completing their assignment, as our many customers can attest.

BCT-CLR

Since coming to market with BCT-CLN, there was a quest to discover and release an all-natural catalyst to use with it. Now, with BCT-CLR, we are able to bring an all-natural flocculent to the market which out-performs synthetic products in most applications.

BCT-DRP

BCT-DRP is a complex system of microorganisms consisting of bacteria and fungi and their enzyme systems. It has a multitude of effective applications. Referred to as the first “Third-Generation” product available today, some very happy customers call it “The Super Bug.”

Odor Control and Prevention

BCT-Mask-Evergreen

With environmentally safe essential oils, BCT-MASK neutralizes the perception of unpleasant smells without causing potentially toxic chemical reactions and without the need to handle caustic and volatile chemicals.

BCT-Nu-Aire

Environmentally safe, BCT-NU AIRE neutralizes unpleasant smells without masking, without causing potentially toxic chemical reactions and without the need to handle caustic and volatile chemicals.

BCT-ODO Trap

BCT-ODO-Trap contains patented biological odor control technology and can degrade hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, and volatile fatty acids. A biological odor control program using BCT-ODO-Trap offers superior odor prevention because it works in the same environments where odors are generated. Furthermore, it has no unintended negative impact on the biological treatment system.

BCT-OX

BCT-OX is a proprietary chemical/microbial blend that represents an advanced treatment for fats, oils, greases (FOG) and odors in collection system pump stations and adjacent sewer lines. The introduction of BCT-OX also performs well on proteins, lipids and carbohydrates delivering a superior biological grouping for FOG and odors in collection system pump stations and adjacent sewer lines that are characterized by infrequent pumping and long detention times. BCT-OX™ will also reduce the risk of, or even prevent the generation of sulfide in a sewer system by effectively helping to maintain “aerobic” type conditions in the sewage. (Reduced sulfides = reduced odor & reduced risk of sewer corrosion, etc.). Additionally easily-degraded organic matter is consumed, that otherwise can cause anaerobic conditions downstream as well as odor emissions itself. The concept is also applicable for surplus sludge treatment.
