Hubbell Water Heaters products
Indirect - Synergy Hydro Series
Hubbell - Fully Packaged Heavy Duty ASME Indirect Fired Water Heater
Full Range of Styles, Sizes and Storage Type. 120–400* gallon capacity water heater utilizing low-temperature boiler water to heat domestic water to maximize condensing boiler plant efficiencies paired with the HubbellConnect Elite digital controller. The Synergy Hydro BWP is a fully packaged indirect fired ASME water heater utilizing boiler water from a condensing boiler (or other heat sources) as the energy source for heating potable water. By utilizing a plate type heat exchanger, the system can provide close crossover temperature heat transfer at boiler water temperatures below traditional U-tube design. Components on the Synergy Hydro BWP, including the HubbellConnect Elite digital controller, ensure and maintain high performance even in the most demanding situations.
Gas - Prime Series
Hubbell - Commercial Condensing Gas Storage Water Heater
The Prime commercial condensing gas storage water heater features a fully integrated burner and field removable 316L SS heat exchanger. The modular heat exchanger allows for easy cleaning and serviceability, which ultimately provides maximum longevity and sustained peak performance. High efficiency polyurethane foam insulation reduces standby heat loss, while the modulating air/gas combustion blower improves combustion efficiency and reduces short- cycling. Prime has a thermal efficiency rating of 94% and is available in storage capacities ranging from 40-119 gallons.

Hubbell - Carbon Steel Buffer Tanks
The primary function of a buffer tank is to prevent short cycling of a boiler or chiller. Our carbon steel buffer tanks store energy produced in a boiler or chiller and release this energy as required into the system. Typical systems operate well below design loads and the use of a buffer tank introduces this stored energy in lieu of cycling the boiler or chiller, this reduction in cycling increases equipment longevity. Hubbell offers traditional two and four port design configurations with a range of connection sizes as referenced in our submittal data sheets. To meet the wide scope of job site specific connection sizes, the Hubbell buffer tank can also be configured with owner specific requirements.
