The µMatrix Spotter, a MALDI imaging prep system, is a matrix deposition system that provides faster, more uniform, and less expensive matrix deposition for your imaging experiments.

Glyco-Affi MALDI plates from HST are a unique, time-saving product for advanced proteomics research that allow users to do glyco-specific SELDI expereiments. Prepared, and tested, in advance with an aryl boronic acid functionalized surface, these sample plates make it possible for any lab to do surface binding and assay work. These plates selectively bind glyco-proteins, glyco-nucleotides, and other glycan, carbohydrate or oligio/poly-saccharide containing molecules. These plates are currently available on a custom order basis; in a 4 x 4 array for ABI 4700 instruments, in a 25 x 75 mm format (2 x 7 spots) or in a 384 spot format for Bruker and Shimadzu instruments. ITO slide glass sample plates are glass slides coated with indium-tin oxide to provide a conductive surface and marked for MALDI imaging. These sample plates enable MALDI imaging and light microscopy on the same sample. Type I slides have a small area for labeling, Type II do not. ITO glass slides are also available in two thicknesses: 0.7 and 1.1. mm. To use in Bruker and Shimadzu instruments, you will need the instrument manufacturer`s holder for glass slide sized targets. For ABI 4800 systems, HST offers frames. ABI 4800 accessories.

This insert goes into the ABI Opti-TOF holder so that HST sample plates mount flush with the surface of the holder. A complimentary height adjuster is supplied at no charge with each 10 pack of ABI Voyager or 4700 sample plates from HST.
