HÜDIG Electrical Vacuum Pump Units convince through perfected technology and have been proven thousandfold all over the world. The units are designed in the minutest detail and according to a modular system. Beside a high operation safety and very good performance characteristics a low maintenance is required by the construction practice. The results of these demands are our new series HC 467 resp. HC 468 as well as HC 487 resp. HC 488.

Absolutely safe of dry-running damages by the air valve system, control-system of phase, voltage and rotating direction are standard features. A temperature sensor protects against overheating. A remarkable high wear resistance is achieved by the use of polyurethane-coatings, which assure a three-time longer life-time than the use of ordinary rubber diffuser. 

INOX stands for a complete new range of electrical sewage- and slurry-pumps made out of acid-resistant stainless steel. These pumps are engineered for applications which would destroy submersible pumps made out of aluminium within weeks perhaps in days. INOX-pumps are designed for challenging environmental conditions with corrosive water or corrosive slurry how to find in the mining-industry, in power-stations and in other sectors.

With the market launch of the new submersible sludge pump range in April 2008 GRINDEX was the trend-setter for the application of modern sludge pumps. The GRINDEX-engineers have chosen a very high aim in the developing of the new range of sludge pumps. Beside the usual configuration of GRINDEX – pumps (air-valve, SMART-motor-protection-system, built-in star-delta-starter in the pump-head of the bigger sizes), the engineers set a great importance on serviceable design and low operating costs. The result is convincing - components of the new GRINDEX pumps are reduced severely but simultaneously the capacity has been maximised.  

With the further development of the TOPLINE-range GRINDEX shows again that they are capable to match the pump-design to the needs of the users. The “new small” GRINDEX is called SOLID and is the start of the technical changes in the small sized range. The users are getting together with the SOLID high operational safety due to the protection against dry running. It is the only pump available on the market in this capacity-range equipped with an air-breath-valve for cooling the electro-motor. Modern materials have a share that the new SOLID has a good handling, due to the fact that in this capacity-range applications do not require heavy pumps.

These compact-designed pumps are engineered for medium-heavy applications up to a water-depth of 30 m. By the principle of the cutter-system sedimentary material will be raised and a high ration of sediment load can be reached and charged. Extreme wear-resistance chrome-alloyed material (24 – 28 % Cr) makes the GR to a truly TOYO-Heavy Duty Slurry Pump.

These pumps are available in various metal compositions and on request with a thermo sensor integrated in the motor winding as well with a moisture sensor. Special versions allow applications in great depth and by high temperature.

Sewage Pumps are always subject of high demands. Domestic and industrial or similar sewage have to be reliable disposed. Ordinary waste water pumps or pumps with an open impeller are mostly not sufficient. Powered by electric- or diesel engine is available. Diesel Units can be delivered in a noise-reduced version.

The HÜDIG hose reels are designed for storage and receiving of flexible hoses up to a maximum length of 700m with a diameter of 100mm. The drive for the receiving of the tubing ensues via a hydraulic motor with a very well-dimensioned power reserve. The hydraulic motor is enabled or disabled through the action bracket by a staff member comfortably. The rotational speed of the reel is continuously adjustable over the oil flow rate control of the tractor.
