The GRINDEX-engineers have chosen a very high aim in the developing of the new range of sludge pumps. Beside the usual configuration of GRINDEX – pumps (air-valve, SMART-motor-protection-system, built-in star-delta-starter in the pump-head of the bigger sizes), the engineers set a great importance on serviceable design and low operating costs. The result is convincing - components of the new GRINDEX pumps are reduced severely but simultaneously the capacity has been maximised.

These compact-designed pumps are engineered for medium-heavy applications up to a water-depth of 30 m. By the principle of the cutter-system sedimentary material will be raised and a high ration of sediment load can be reached and charged. Extreme wear-resistance chrome-alloyed material (24 – 28 % Cr) makes the GR to a truly TOYO-Heavy Duty Slurry Pump.

Ordinary waste water pumps or pumps with an open impeller are mostly not sufficient. Powered by electric- or diesel engine is available. Diesel Units can be delivered in a noise-reduced version.

The HÜDIG hose reels are designed for storage and receiving of flexible hoses up to a maximum length of 700m with a diameter of 100mm. The drive for the receiving of the tubing ensues via a hydraulic motor with a very well-dimensioned power reserve. The hydraulic motor is enabled or disabled through the action bracket by a staff member comfortably. The rotational speed of the reel is continuously adjustable over the oil flow rate control of the tractor.
