Huntron - Test And Troubleshooting Solutions

The Huntron Tracker 3200S is designed to encompass our product history and leadership in power-off test by providing powerful test and troubleshooting solutions. The Tracker 3200S features variable range parameters resulting in hundreds of voltage, source resistance and frequency combinations. You can create Tracker ranges to precisely fit your needs. The Tracker 3200S uses a color, touch screen LCD for control of features such as range configuration, front panel pin selection and Channel A/B settings. The Tracker 3200S LCD provides a very fast screen refresh rate for quick screening of component pins and allows the display of A and B channel signatures at the same time (A+B mode). The built-in Pulse Generator enables you to dynamically test gated devices such as SCRs, TRIACs and relays. The Huntron Workstation software is included, enabling you to automate analog signature analysis (ASA) based tests by creating a test plan, capturing signatures, comparing to stored signatures, and viewing the results. The Tracker 3200S also features cable-based scanning via two 64 pin IDC connectors where custom cable interfaces can be used to quickly scan PCB connectors as a type of 'first pass' test.

Huntron - Flying Probe Tester

The Huntron Access 2 Prober is used to automate the testing of printed circuit assemblies (PCA) that would otherwise have to be tested by hand. Adding Flying Probe tester technology to your test procedure will significantly decrease test times, therefore increasing productivity. The Access 2 Prober is designed to accurately access test points on medium to large sized PCAs. The exceptional accuracy achieved by micro-stepping and linear encoding ensures reliable probing of the smallest surface mounted components. By using either the standard built-in test probe or a custom test probe, the Huntron Access 2 Flying Prober Tester adds flying probe technology to your new or existing equipment. The high-resolution color camera ensures correct probe placement and provides a clear view of the PCA under test.

Huntron Workstation Remote Control

The Huntron Workstation Remote Control feature allows control of the software from other programs. Tests are created in Huntron Workstation and then “controlled” remotely. The process of adding Huntron Prober capabilities to other programs and testers using drivers requires programming by the customer. Huntron Workstation Remote Control makes this easier by providing most of the functionality needed with minimal programming. Remote Control is used by programs linked to the Huntron Client VB.NET DLL. The DLL provides call functions used to control the Huntron Workstation application.
