Hy-Ram has designed and manufactured high quality Butt Fusion Equipment for the world-wide market since the early 1980’s. Our latest WeldMaster range takes the Fully Automatic machine to the next level in terms of control, quality, connectivity, usability and smart technological features.

Designed with the water and gas industries in mind, a range of TIN12 specification generators suitable for use with Butt Fusion machines and Electrofusion boxes is available.

Various sizes of pipe rollers are available to suit differing pipe diameters and site conditions.

The ATS180 series welding unit is designed to weld 40V PE pressure fittings up to 180mm diameter. The unit has automatic bar code operation. It has full data logging capabilities downloaded via USB. The ATS250 series welding unit is designed to weld 40V PE pressure fittings up to 400mm diameter. The Basic and Extra models have fully automatic bar code welding and the Extra has full data logging facilities downloaded via USB. The ATS500 series welding unit is designed to weld 40V PE pressure fittings up to 630mm diameter. The unit has automatic bar code operation and data logging capabilities downloaded via USB.

The Tiny M (USB) and Tiny Data MF (USB) Electrofusion Control Units. A compact yet robust option for electrofusion welding. The units provide input of welding parameters by barcode, manual input of the barcode digits or manual input of welding voltage and time. In the case of the Data MF model; the Smartfuse option can be used whereby the controller will automatically determine the weld parameters by auto-recognition of the fitting resistance.

Pipe range: 16 – 32mm diameter. The SOU32 is used to limit the flow in PE pipe. Different diameters can be accommodated by using the appropriate ‘Pipe stop’ setting to ensure the optimum ‘squeeze gap’.

Hy-Ram offer a range of Secateurs from stock for cutting plastic pipes up to a maximum of 63mm diameter.

Well proven and robust Underpressure drilling and tapping machine for inserting ferrules into live water mains up to 48″ diameter. The machines can either drill directly into the main, or using a universal undercarriage, through a bossed saddle strap. The Hy-Ram No.1 is compatible with other manufacturer’s equipment, making spare parts and tools largely interchangeable. Supplied in a strong steel case with all tools and accessories (excluding saddles, drill taps and undercarriages). Maximum working pressure 16bar.
