Hycontrol - Hyvent Silo Filter Venting Unit
Hycontrol`s Hyvent dust collector and filter unit has been designed to vent silos during the filling process without allowing the valuable powdered product to escape. Filtration occurs during both the conveying period and the air surge at the end of the cycle. The filter is self-maintaining, returning powder into the silo via an automatic reverse-jet pulse cleaning system which utilises compressed air. This silo filter unit features the latest technology in conical-shaped filter design. This patented cone shape provides outstanding cleaning efficiency while enabling maximum airflow through the unit and has the added benefit of an increased life for the cartridges. They offer many advantages over traditional cylindrical cartridges or bag filters. Hyvent provides a compact design, higher filtration efficiency and superior dust pre-separation.

Hycontrol - Radar Level Transmitter
The RC Series is a two-wire 24 GHz FMCW radar level transmitter for basic applications with solid products. It provides continuous, non-contact level measurement of stones, granules, flakes and other such solid products for various industries. In addition, it makes an excellent solid level indicator for large or high bins and silos. The level transmitter can be equipped with a metallic horn antenna or PP and PTFE drop antennas. The drop antenna design minimises product build-up and is unaffected by the angle of repose, eliminating the need for antenna aiming kits or purging systems.

Hycontrol - Radar Level Transmitter 80 GHz for Hygienic Liquids
Hycontrol’s Reflex RA Series two-wire 80 GHz FMCW radar level transmitter is for hygienic liquids applications, where high precision is essential. It provides users in biochemical and food production industries with continuous, non-contact liquid level measurement. A flush-mounted PEEK lens antenna with a slight beam angle and short dead zone allows for precise level measurement even in small and narrow tanks with agitators. This level measurement device is also well suited for larger containers, measuring distances up to 50 m/164 ft.

The Reflex VF2 Series range of TDR-guided microwave products is ideal for measuring liquids, powders and granules to a distance of 40 metres. Unaffected by pressure, temperature, viscosity, vacuum, foam, dust, changes in dielectric constant or coating of the probe, the VF Series level indicators can measure virtually any product in either Direct, Automatic or TBF mode utilising any one of its seven available probe types.

Level Switches
Hycontrol - Diamond Point Level Switch
The DP Series diamond point level switch is designed specifically for use with dry products ranging from heavy materials such as stone, aggregates and ready-mix cement, to very low-density materials like fly ash, cornflakes and flour. Its unique principle of operation and shape ensure that it is self-cleaning. Because this solids level indicator is only sensitive near its tip, it will not be affected by any build-up of product on the storage vessel walls. This immunity is helpful in the reduction of false trip alarms.
Hycontrol - Diamond Point Vibrating Probe Level Switches
The operating principle for all Hycontrol vibrating probe level switches relies on a piezoelectric crystal used to force a blade to oscillate at its fundamental frequency (sometimes also referred to as the natural resonance). When the blades come into contact with the process medium, this dampens the natural oscillation frequency; the electronics sense the change in frequency which causes the unit to switch. The DP Series from Hycontrol all operate on this principle; all share the diamond-shaped probe design, preventing product accumulation and promoting self-cleaning. In addition, this product family has several variants that allow precise matching to each application.

Hycontrol SmartFoam - Foam Detection System
The SmartFoam sensor is part of Hycontrol’s foam detection range, designed to detect and control foam in a single unit for basic foam applications. It is simple, robust and cost-effective. Within its head, the SmartFoam has a built-in transmitter to manage foam detection and control without needing an external controller. This integrated sensor shows reliability, resilience, and complete immunity to fouling. SmartFoam is available in various insertion lengths, with additional custom length options. SmartFoam is constructed from 316 Stainless steel and PVDF with a polypropylene head as standard. It offers a robust foam control solution for easy installation into an existing process system.
