EHC System Upgrades

Hydralube - Model EHC - Accumulator Bank

The upgrade package is intended to modernize older outdated Accumulators on the EHC systems. This is a direct replacement design that can be mounted in Remote Location For easy service. When installed on the existing EHC system, the Hydra-Lube Accumulator Bank manifold incorporates Isolation valves, Bleed down valves, and a gas charge monitoring manifold that shows Nitrogen charge indication for each accumulator. The Accumulator Bank can be provided with piston and bladder accumulators.

Hydralube - Fluid Conditioning Units

Hydra-Lube offers a custom system that conditions your EHC system. This system is a stand-alone unit and will be located next to the HPU. Upgrades the OEM fluid conditioning system.

Hydralube Fullers - Earth Filter Housing Cover

Direct Exchange of existing cover. Screws on in place of existing cover. Can be installed with unit online. Eliminates troublesome leaks. Incorporates large viton head gasket.

Hydralube - Model FV 45 - Fixed Orifice Manifold

Direct Exchange of existing FV-45 Valve. Screws on in place of existing FV-45 Valve. Can be installed with unit online. No adjustment required. Fixed orifice sized for filters being used. Incorporates flow and temperature indicator.

Hydralube - Model HPU - Air Breather

Bi directional Air Flow. Durable Construction-manufactured in USA. Water Vapor Absorbent. Color Indicator. Dual Anti static Filter System. Safety Sealed for long shelf life. Direct exchange from existing breather. Easy replacement slide in flange adapter.
