HydraTite® is an internal joint sealing system that offers customized mechanical remediation for pipe joint repairs, pressure pipe repair or joint infiltration without expensive excavation. Featuring rapid installation and return-to-service, the HydraTite® internal joint sealing system has proven ideal for emergency repairs for over 10 years.The system consists of a rubber seal that is held in place by stainless steel retaining bands. Each seal is custom made for each project. The seals can be interlocked to span long lengths of pipe or a backing band included to remediate pressure piping and cooling water expansion joints.

The HydraWrap Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) System provides a nonmetallic chemical and corrosion resistant structural repair to degraded pipes (both thin-wall and through-wall). The HydraWrap Composite System is a combination of high performance epoxies and custom-made carbon fiber fabric. This combination produces a noncorrosive structural repair that is easily installed and conforms to various shapes and sizes. HydraWrap kits are designed with a minimum of two layers of fabric with additional reinforcement being achieved through additional layers. HydraTech’s engineers provide the HydraWrap specifications required for each installation to ensure that every repair is designed to meet or exceed the client’s specifications.

The WaterLine epoxy is an NSF/ANSI 61 certified epoxy coating that is approved for use in contact with potable water. WaterLine can be remotely applied in small diameter pipe or installed in potable water vessels. This remote installation allows for the trenchless remediation of pipe down to 4 inches in diameter with minimal out of service time.

The HydraLine 4134 is a unique, high build epoxy coating for corrosion resistant applications.The 4134 provides excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates while allowing a sag free application at high film builds.HydraLine 4134 can be filled with chopped fibers to create a polymeric filler / putty or be filled with Portland cement to form a polymeric mortar / grout.The HydraLine 4134 can be utilized in combination with a variety of woven fabrics to give a structural repair.The HydraTech HydraLine 4134 is a performance driven product that provides a chemical and corrosion resistant repair for primary and secondary containment applications.
