The Hydrocone Clarifier is a hydraulically operated, conical shaped, upflow, solids contact, sludge blanket type reactorclarifier. It produces high quality treated water and is particularly suited to applications that require clear and clean water for industrial or potable use. The Hydrocone Clarifier combines mixing, coagulation, flocculation, settling and clarification within a single treatment unit. Its cost efficient design results in reduced capital outlay as well as minimal energy and operating expenditure. The BIOROTOR is a biological treatment process for oxidizing organics pollutants in wastewater. It consists of a large diameter contact media attached to a central shaft rotating slowly in a wastewater basin. The media is only partially submerged. As the contactor rotate, the media is alternately submerged in the wastewater then exposed to air. This rotating action provides for the aeration of the wastewater while creating the necessary turbulence to mix the basin content to prevent the solids from settling out. The bacteria naturally present in the wastewater grow quickly as they adhere to the media surface. Within 2-3 weeks after initial start-up the entire surface will be covered with 2-4mm of active bacteria growth called biomass. The high concentration of bacteria in the biomass provides for a high degree of purification at a relatively short retention time.

The principle of Reverse osmosis is using high pressure differential across a permeable substance. The purification works by high pressure forcing a pre-treated solution through a permeable membrane in order to separate inorganic salt, organic and bacteria from water. RO frequently works together with ion exchanger to obtain ultra pure water.

CEDI system use ion exchange membranes, ion exchange resins and automation to produce high-purity water continuously. It uses electrostatic and ion exchange principle to obtain ultra pure water in a stable manner. When combine with Reverse Osmosis (RO) pre-treatment, it produces 18 megohm-cm (25 deg C) quality water.
