The E pressure washer family features only premium components built to exacting standard to produce the best heavy duty electric motor driven pressure washers available. These systems are rated for continuous operation. The series conform to CE standards and has been tested and listed by ETL to meet the requirements of applicable US and CSA standards for use even in wet environments. The E series can be configured to operate on any available power supply around the world. Various optional controls and wash tools extend the systems suitability to a wide array of applications.

G series Hydroblasters are industrial duty, gas engine driven pressure washers. With premium components and powder coated frames and enclosures, the G Series sets the standard for personnel safety and durability. This series is designed for contiunuous duty operation. System configurations provide discharge pressure up to 5,000 PSI and flow to 5 GPM. A large array of options including: engines, portability kits and wet sandblasting provide the tools needed for a variety of washing and decontamination applications. G series Hydroblasters are compact and ready to use.

Hydropad above ground steel wash water containment wash rack systems solve your wash water capture problems

Containment wall shown are 4` high with openings on two (2) sides for forklift loading of equipment onto Hydropad steel above ground containment wash rack. Walls are important for containment of wash water spray. Hydropads are an excellent means of containing wastewater and debris while washing. But without walls, overspray and carry-off mean that you are not being 100% efficient with water containment and recovery. Hydropad walls are available to 6` outdoors and much higher indoors. They can be placed on one side or all sides, whatever you need to get the job done right.    

The patented side gutter in the above ground steel Hydropad containment rack collects the wash water and solids generated in the washing process. With a side gutter, wash rack cleaning can take place anytime without interfering with your wash requirements.

The CFS3 is designed to reduce solids in the waste stream created by cleaning ink and emulsion from the screens used in the screen print industry. As wastewater enters the system, it passes through two stainless steel classifier screens and then through a bag filter where it is filtered to 20 microns. Next, the water flows into the sump area, where a float-activated pump transfers the filtered water to a holding tank or drain. The screens should be cleaned and the bag filter changed at the end of each shift to ensure the filters don`t need service during operation.There are no cartridge filters to clean or change!

Wash water often contains hydrocarbon contaminants in the form of fuel, oil and grease. These contaminates can appear on the water surface as a colorful floating sheen or they can be emulsified which causes the wash water to appear milky.

Bioreactor-C enclosed system may be configured with one or two reactor tanks each configured with dosing systems for Hydro Biodigesters, foam control and nutrients. Enclosure is available with thermostatic vent control. This system integrates with Hydrokleen filtration modules to provide a proven solution for reduction of organics in the wash water stream.

ACF3 filtration system uses multiple media filters with associated process tanks to remove solids (including heavy metals). The Biodigester dosing option which promotes organic waste digestion to control odor and reduce COD and BOD levels in the waste stream is included in the typical configuration.
