The Gorman-Rupp Ultra V Series® with UltraMate® pump is specifically designed for handling solids and slurries.  They have significantly higher head capabilities than Super T Series® and 10 Series® pumps.  If a clog occurs, it can be removed easily through the coverplate opening without disturbing piping or using any special tools.

Designed for economical, trouble-free operation, the superior solids-handling capabilities of Super T Series® pumps make them ideally suited for a variety of applications including solids-laden liquids and slurries.  The large volute design allows automatic repriming in a completely open system without the need for suction or discharge check valves.

The self-priming centrifugal T Series® is the standard for industrial and sewage applications. The heavy duty construction and easy-to-service design have made Gorman-Rupp T Series pumps the standard in the industry. The combination of different sized pumps, impeller trims and speed variations ensure that the correct capacity pump will be matched to the exact requirements of your system, whether it`s a small sub-division or a large waste collection system. These pumps feature a large volute design that allows them to reprime automatically in a completely open system without the need for suction or discharge check valves - and they can do it with the pump casing only partially filled with liquid and a completely dry suction line.

Gorman-Rupp Super-U Series® pumps are among the most efficient self-priming, solids handling pumps available.  Their unique hydraulic design and smooth wall volute casing minimize friction loss and drag.  The multi-vane, open impeller is designed for high efficiency operation yet can still handle limited solids.  The pumps not only deliver high efficiencies (up to 75%), they also perform efficiently across a broad operating range.  Varying machine loads that cause pumps to operate right or left of its best efficiency point will affect operating efficiency by only a small percentage.  These pumps offer the same reliability and performance as the U-Series with additional features.

O Series® pumps were originally designed for handling petroleum products.  Later, O Series pumps were introduced into the industrial market for effective handling of solvents and similar liquids, as well as excellent clean water handling.  The straight-in-suction design without a check valve eliminated entrance restrictions provides quick, reliable self-priming with few moving parts offering saving thru minimal maintenance and increased efficiency.  The O Series has a variety of seal configurations to choose from allowing it to handle a number of different liquids.
