Hydro-Vacuum - Deep-Well Pumps

Deep-well units are designed for use in water supply systems, for pumping and increasing liquid pressures in technological processes, reduction of ground water level, watering systems, and other industrial and residential applications.

Hydro-Vacuum - Model GT - Deep-Well Pump

Deep-well pumps GTB, GTC with the diameter of 3" and 3.5" , resistant to minor amounts of sand (adequate to constructional and material execution), intended mainly for pumping water from deep-wells.

Hydro-Vacuum - Model FZ Type - Single Stage Pump

Type FZ impeller single-stage pumps are used to pump clean and dirty water, municipal and industrial waste, as well as other liquids, depending on corrosion resistance of materials of which the pump is made. They constitute a highly-unified family of submersible and dry-installed pumps. There are different versions of these pumps, depending on the characteristics of pumped liquids and the type and size of pumped impurities. In particular, they are applied in the pumping of sewage, including sewage with solid and long-fibre content, as well as liquids containing air and gases. They will work very well in pumping of raw sewage containing active sediment, and putrid sewage.

Hydro-Vacuum - Model SKA - Self-Priming Rotodynamic Pump

SKA self-priming rotodynamic, pumps with side ring channel and open impeller, serve to pump liquids within the corrosion resistance limits of materials used for their construction. Liquids of a temperature up to 110oC, discharged liquid density up to 1 300 kg/m3 and viscosity up to 150 mm2/s contaminated with solid particles up to 0.5 mm in trace amounts can be pumped. Pumps can cooperate with 50 Hz or 60 Hz motors.

Sewage

Hydro-Vacuum - Model TS - Sewage Pumping Station with Separation of Solids

Wastewater pumping stations with separation of solids are a solution to basic problems in sanitary and combined sewage systems, i.e. clogging of hydraulic systems in sewage infrastructure facilities, clogging of gravity and pressure pipelines, rotting of sewage in retention tanks, blocking or damage of pump impellers due to the presence of solids in the pumped medium and low hydration of the sewage. As a consequence of the above-mentioned phenomena, pumps often malfunction and require servicing or replacement.

Hydro-Vacuum - Model PSEeko - Domestic Sewage Pumping Stations

The PSE.1 eko sewage pumping stations are complete, fully automated devices. Materials used to construct the pumping stations guarantee complete tightness of the structure and its long-term lifespan thanks to, e.g., the ensured corrosion resistance.

Hydro-Vacuum - Model PS - Wastewater and Rainwater Pumping Stations

PS pumping stations manufactured by Hydro-Vacuum S. A. are designed for pumping both sanitary wastewater and rainwater/meltwater, drainage and industrial wastewater. Depending on the type of pump used, hydraulic parameters, materials used for the construction of individual components of the pumping station, it can be adapted to any operation conditions, pumped medium, installation conditions.

Industrial and Heating

Hydro-Vacuum - Model WH - Multi-Stage Rotodynamic Pump

The WH series pumps are centrifugal, multi-stage horizontal pumps with ring sections with closed impellers and centrifugal-centripetal stators. The WH pumps are designed for pumping clean or slightly polluted liquids (maximum content of impurities – 100 mg/dm3o for the WHA type pumps and traces of non-abrasive particle content for the WHI, WHS and WHG) with temperatures of up to 140oC, within the resistance range of the materials used for their construction.

Hydro-Vacuum - Model WHG - Multistage Centrifugal Pump

Multistage centrifugal pumps of WHG type are designed for use in liquid transfer systems, including liquids richer in volatile components such as: distillates, solvents, liquid and liquid-gas fuels including LPG.

Hydro-Vacuum - Model NHV - Single-Stage, Centrifugal Pump

The NHV pumps are single-stage, centrifugal, normally sucking, impeller pumps with horizontal shaft axis. Main dimensions and rated parameters conformable to EN 733. Suction and discharge fl anges comply with ISO 7005-2/PN 16. Due to special modular design, the whole bearing unit, including the impeller and casing, can be removed without the need to dismantle the system. All impellers are statically and dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940, class 6.3. Axial thrust is balanced by using a system of rings and balance openings.
