The Hydro-Probe was the first moisture sensor to use the digital microwave moisture measurement technique. It has integral signal processing which provides a linear output (both digital and analogue) and it can easily be connected to any control system. Typical applications include sand, cement, concrete, asphalt and aggregates. For organic materials the Hydro-Probe XT is recommended.

The Hydro-Probe Orbiter is a digital microwave sensor designed specifically to measure moisture and temperature in fast flowing abrasive materials. With a choice of mounting options for static pan, rotating pan and planetary mixers the sensing head moves easily through the mix providing accurate moisture measurement of the material in real time.

The Hydro-Mix is a rugged, flush mounted microwave moisture measurement sensor for mixers and conveyors in process control environments. Designed by Hydronix to be installed in the turbulent environment of a mixer, the Hydro-Mix features integral signal processing and is easily connected to any control system. The sensor measures at 25 times per second which enables rapid response to any changes in moisture content, including the determination of homogeneity.

The Hydro-Probe XT has been designed to measure moisture in grain, animal feed, nuts and other organic and agricultural materials. It has integral signal processing which provides a linear output (both digital and analogue) and it can easily be connected to any control system.

The Hydro-Mix XT has been designed to measure moisture in flowing bulk solids such as animal feed, grain, rice, pulses and liquids. The sensor is constructed from food safe materials and can be easily installed in ducting, conveying and mixing systems in process control environments.

The Hydro-Mix HT is a high temperature, microwave moisture measurement sensor designed for applications in process control environments such as grain processing and animal feed production. With an operating temperature range of up to 120°C, the Hydro-Mix HT is ideally suited to measure moisture before or after dryers or in mixing systems.

The Hydro-Probe SE is a high temperature microwave sensor designed for use in liquids such as concentrates, solutions or any process where the level of moisture or dissolved solids requires measurement. The Hydro-Probe SE may be used to help control quality and reduce waste when manufacturing powdered products such as dried soups, powdered drinks, paints or pharmaceutical powders ahead of spray drying.

The Hydronix Thermo-Tuff is a fast response, high precision, linear temperature sensor for use in industrial processes. Designed for measurement in bulk materials and mixing applications, it is especially suited for use in the harshest of environments such as concrete mixers and aggregate bins. This sensor outclasses its rivals by taking advantage of high speed, high accuracy electronics, thermally isolated from their surroundings to achieve the fastest possible temperature response. Typical applications for the Thermo-Tuff include sand, cement, concrete, asphalt and aggregates.

The Hydro-Mix XT-EX has been designed to measure moisture in flowing bulk solids such as animal feed, grain, rice, pulses and also in liquids. The sensor can be easily installed in ducting, conveying and mixing systems. It is suitable for Zone 20 process environments (Zone 21 external to process).  Comprising a single, intelligent unit that contains all on-board functionality including signal processing and averaging, the Hydro-Mix XT-EX precisely measures the moisture content of material passing over the ceramic faceplate. Remote configuration, calibration, diagnostics and firmware upgrades are simple using Hydronix Hydro-Com software. The linear output allows direct integration with any control system using industry standard interfaces.

The Hydro-Control VI is a multiple language, touch screen, water control system from Hydronix. It is typically used in the concrete industry to provide an easy method for controlling the mix cycle to ensure that the correct amount of water is automatically added in the shortest possible mixing time. With a choice of water addition modes the Hydro-Control VI is the most versatile stand alone moisture control system available.
