Modern sensible production processes require extreme highly purified water that is not only free from particulates, but has all dissolved matter removed from it.  Water  treatment systems such as for example Reverse Osmosis and Mixed Bed Ion Exchange ensure a final water quality required for and in accordance with the respective demand and application.

Chlorine dioxide generator systems are used for disinfection of drinking, process, cooling and air-conditioning water. Elimination of odour and flavouring substances. Inhibition of algae growth in open storage systems. Slime combating in cooling systems and open circuits. Disinfection of filter and ion exchange (softener) systems. Disinfection of ammonium-containing waters possible. Elimination of bio films in pipe systems. Dombating legionella and rehabilitation of contaminated systems. Disinfection within a wide pH-range.

Unit for softening / partial softening of cold drinking water; System operates by the method of ion exchange. Design according to DIN EN 19636-100 and DIN 14743. Cabinet system in compact design. Simplex water softener with electronic control valve. Quantity- or time-controlled regeneration with reduced salt volume. Disinfection with germ protection during the regeneration process. Initiation of forced regeneration in case of small water removal and for the purpose of system hygiene.
