HyGear - Model Hy.GEN - Hydrogen Generators
HyGear offers small scale and compact hydrogen (H2) generation systems applying the high-yield steam methane reforming (SMR) technology. These Hy.GEN systems generate hydrogen and biohydrogen at the end user’s site. On-site hydrogen supply by the Hy.GEN increases the reliability of supply and decreases the costs. The Hy.GEN systems of HyGear are also able to produce biohydrogen from renewable natural gas (RNG) or biomethane. Combined with carbon capture this results in carbon-negative hydrogen production.
HyGear - Model Hy.GEN-e - Hydrogen Generators
HyGear offers hydrogen supply ranging from 10 Nm3/h up to 1000 Nm3/h. We apply both technologies of steam methane reforming and electrolysis. Our steam methane reformers offer the most energy efficient and cost-effective supply of hydrogen. Our electrolysers offer zero emission hydrogen supply and are especially suited for applications where electricity is affordable or zero emission is mandatory or desired.
Carbon Capture Systems - Carbon Capture Systems
Capture CO2 and produce bioCO2. HyGear supplies Carbon Capture Systems for capturing CO2 from flue gases, or other carbon dioxide containing streams, and producing sustainable CO2. Utilizing the modular and compact carbon capture technology of HyGear, CO2 from flue gases is captured and converted into continuous liquefied or gaseous CO2 generation. This enables any process that produces flue gases to reduce CO2 emissions, paving the way for carbon-neutral or carbon-negative hydrogen production.
HyGear - Model De.OXO - Oxygen Removal from Hydrogen System
HyGear offers proven and in-house developed De.OXO systems with oxygen (O2) removal technology from two gas streams: biogas and hydrogen. The De.OXO Hydrogen technology of HyGear provides a tailored solution for removing oxygen content in hydrogen generated in an elektrolyzer. HyGear - Model HY.PURE - Gas Purification System
HyGear offers a product line of gas purification systems to purify hydrogen that is used in the process. The Hy.PURE can be installed in various industries like the flat glass manufacturing and metal production. The Hy.PURE systems are designed from a perspective of being able to clean up hydrogen-containing gases to high purity hydrogen by using pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology. Different gas streams can be purified by either upgrading hydrogen-containing mixtures by removing undesired gaseous impurities or by purifying industrial grade hydrogen.
HyGear - Model N.GEN - Nitrogen Air Separation Concentrators
HyGear offers small-scale on-site standalone nitrogen purifiers that our customers can integrate with their peripheral equipment of choice. The capacity ranges from 10 Nm3/h to 2700 Nm3/h with purities between 95% and 99.999%. The highly efficient on-site nitrogen generator is based on HyGear’s extensive experience in PSA gas separation technology and gas processing systems. Due to its high quality components, the N.GEN requires minimum maintenance while having extended operation lifetime. The systems are flexible in capacity and can be combined with HyGear’s on-site hydrogen and oxygen Generation systems to offer total on-site gas supply.
HyGear - Model O.GEN - Oxygen Air Separation Concentrators
HyGear offers small-scale on-site standalone oxygen purifiers that customers can integrate with their peripheral equipment of choice. The capacity ranges from 5 Nm3/h to 380 Nm3/h with purities between 90% and 95%.
