The Forklift from HYMEDI MACHINERY is engineered for robust performance in industrial applications. It is equipped with two engine options: Isuzu 6BG1QC-02 delivering 82.5 kW and WP4.1G125E302 offering 92 kW. Weighing 8400 kg, this forklift boasts a load capacity of 5000 kg with a load barycenter distance of 600 mm. The wheelbase spans 2250 mm, supporting both super elastic and pneumatic tire configurations sized at 8.25-15-14PR for both front and rear. Enhanced safety features include wide-angle rear mirrors for better rear visibility and a built-in fuel filler lock enhancing fuel security. Ergonomic design elements like an all-aluminum radiator improve cooling efficiency, while an under-engine hood power cut-off switch extends battery life and enhances safety. Serviceability is bolstered by enlarged thermo vents increasing cooling area by 20%, and integrated joints according to ISO standards reduce oil leakage by 99% and extend the equipment's lifespan by three times.

The extrusion line for Polypropylene (PP) sheet by HYMEDI Machinery is engineered for high-efficiency production of PP materials. It features a sheet width of 1550mm and thickness ranging from 3 to 25mm, with an output capacity of 400-500 kg/h. The production line spans dimensions of 33m in length, 3m in width, and 3m in height. The total installation power required theoretically is approximately 390KW, but the actual power requirement is around 525KW. Designed for various industrial uses, the equipment runs on AC380/400V 50/60Hz 3P+E power sources, and it requires compressed air between 0.4--0.6Mpa.G and cooling water between 15°C--30°C 0.2—0.3Mpa. Some of the key components include a ZSSJ 150/33 vented type single screw extruder, a mesh changer, a coat hanger mould, a three-roller calender, and an electronic control cabinet. The line is suitable for operations within an indoor environment where the temperature ranges from 0°C to 60°C.
