Whitley i2 Seahorse Workstation
The Whitley i2 Seahorse Workstation has been developed in response to a rising demand from scientists who desire to use a Seahorse Extracellular Flux (XF) Analyzers* in hypoxic conditions and were dissatisfied with the solutions available. Rather than adapting an existing chamber for this purpose, Don Whitley Scientific developed a new workstation specifically to suit the precise requirements of Seahorse Bioscience. Extensive research and careful consideration has gone into the development of the i2 which has resulted in a modular system that includes a number of novel and unique features. This workstation can be used as a stand-alone unit or connected to a HypOxystation via the Whitley Transfer Tunnel, enabling preparation of cell lines under hypoxic conditions and their transfer directly into the i2 without exposure to air.
Memmert CO2 Incubators
For cell cultivation and especially for in-vitro fertilization, the precision and reliability of CO2 incubators are of crucial importance. During cultivation, the slightest deviation in the CO2 atmosphere, temperature or humidity can influence cell development. For this reason, Memmert has subjected its CO2 incubators to a comprehensive evaluation process for their recognition as medical devices. The classification as class IIa medical device confirms that all Memmert CO2 incubators INCOmed comply with the basic safety requirements of the European Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC. Memmert’s incubators feature a unique sterilization cycle because simply disinfecting the chamber is not reliable. To prevent cross-contamination, the entire incubator chamber, including the ventilation system, shelves/grids can be sterilized with a 4-hour program at 160ºC. (only available for IN/IFplus models) Ensuring sterility between loads has never been easier.

HypOxystation
HypOxystation
Like the rest of our line of HypOxystations, the H25 HypOxystation creates hypoxic and anoxic conditions within a controlled and sustained workstation environment, in a new, smaller footprint. Ideal for cell and tissue culture researchers who want a small chamber with stable conditions to accurately control oxygen, carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity. With the H25 hypoxic workstation, you can control oxygen in 0.1% increments up to 20%; carbon dioxide in 0.1% increments up to 15%; and relative humidity up to 80%. This provides a great deal of flexibility research applications and confidence in results. This HypOxystation can accommodate 145 x 96 well plates while still leaving more than adequate space to process samples. This workstation is equipped with sleeved ports and has a built-in, rapid airlock that can accommodate 3 x 500ml Duran bottles.
HypOxystation
HypOxystation is the only hypoxic chamber purpose built for physiological cell culture research. Specifically designed to create normoxic, hypoxic and anoxic conditions within a controlled and sustained workstation environment; this hypoxic incubator is ideal for research requiring the ability to accurately control oxygen, carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity. With such accurate control and the ability to manipulate cells in situ without altering the incubation environment, research into cell biology can be performed over a comprehensive range of oxygen tensions with precision. The touchscreen interface allows you to monitor all settings and eliminates the need for other dials, switches and gauges. The transfer airlock provides effective cell ware transfer to and from the chamber. An optional removable front design allows set up of larger equipment needed inside the chamber.
