IBAK - Compact Push Rod Camera System

The IBAK MiniLite, like the MicroLite, is a compact push rod camera system for the inspection of house and estate drainage systems.

IBAK MicroLite - Compact Push Camera System

The IBAK MicroLite is a compact push rod camera system for the inspection of house and estate drainage systems. It features ease of operation via any one of the control consoles BP1, BP2 or BP100. These are equipped with a 10-inch touch display and optionally also with one (BP2) or two joysticks (BP100).

IBAK Panoramo - Camera System

The IBAK PANORAMO 4K System consists of the camera system and an associated winch with 300 m (KW 310 (4K)) or optionally 500 m (KW 505 (4K)) of specialized camera cable with two fibre optic conductors in the cable. The complete system is operated with the tried and tested control systems BS 7 or BS 5.

IBAK - Full HD High-End System

IBAK`s Full HD System is a technology pioneer in the field of scanning and storage of sewer inspection data in full HD format.

Inspection Systems - Individual Components - Cameras

IBAK Argus - Tilt and Rotate Camera

The ARGUS 6 is a pan, tilt and rotate camera for operation in mainline sewers of DN 200 upwards. It is the first IBAK camera to combine the proven ROTAX pan mechanism with full HD resolution. The ROTAX mechanism ensures that the image always remains erect and non-reversed when the camera head is panned, tilted or rotated, so that the observer can orientate himself in the sewer at all times during the inspection.

Sewer Repair System - Grinding Robot

IBAK MicroGator - Grinding Robot

The MicroGator is a cutting and grinding robot for mainline sewers with diameters of DN 200 (relined) to DN 800. It is equipped with a very powerful and efficient electric motor that, despite its small size, has a better performance than current pneumatic and hydraulic cutting and grinding robots. For the operation environmentally friendly batteries are sufficient. Neither high energie-consuming generators nor big noisy compressors are needed.

IBAK NanoGator - Lateral Cutter Grinding Robot

With the NanoGator, IBAK has a lateral cutter in the product range which is particularly suitable for small diameters (from DN 100 upwards) and complex lateral networks. With its spherical form, the actively steerable cutter arm and the easy-slide yet robust push rod (40 metres), the NanoGator is the ideal choice for complex lateral networks with small diameters. The brushless electric motor used in the NanoGator is powerful and very long-life. The water-cooled cutter cuts gently into the material at a speed of up to 20,000 r.p.m. and requires no clamping device.

Sewer Repair System - Cameras

FrontCam - Axial Camera

The FrontCam is an axial camera that can be mounted in front of the MicroGator motor BG1. This camera makes it much easier to locate lateral connections that must be reinstated after lining.

Sewer Repair System - Winches

IBAK - Mobile/Installed Winches System

The system is available either as a mobile or installed system. The MicroGator and all IBAK reconstruction components are all operated from it. Only a single cable is required to operate electric cutting and grinding robots. This cable has a diameter of 28 mm and is lead by a cross spindle. The cable winch module is supplied by an electrical drive; it is equipped with a metre counter, speed control and an electrical switch box. Two integrated water pumps and water tanks cool the cutting motor and clean the camera.

IBAK - Sewer Repair Winch System

The capstan winch is designed for pulling in linings and lighting chains for repair. The removable wheels and a folding handle allow the unit to be transported easily by a single person, as well as perwithting it to be used even in hard to access locations. This feature makes it unique on the market. Its lightweight aluminium frame makes the 82-kilogram capstan winch easy to handle. It is positioned directly over the manhole for pulling in lining or chains of lighting. The winch is driven by a 4-stroke petrol engine, giving it a maximum pulling power of 12 kN (1.2 T).
