We are manufacturer of programming software (cncCUT) with different box solutions for cutting processes such as laser, waterjet, plasma and autogenic cutting, mainly for the sheet metal processing industry. In addition, with the BLECHCENTER, we offer an administrative program that sorts orders (parts) according to material, sheet thickness, inserates and transmits them to the production in conjunction with the CAM module.

As a complete, comfortable CAD/CAM unit, cncCUT offers a unique operating concept with a very large range of functions and includes cutting methods such as laser, waterjet, plasma/autogenic cutting, for the sheet metal processing industry, but also plastic, foils, seals, wood and glass. cncCUT is used as a control solution for operation directly on the machine or as a desktop solution in a quiet work environment in the office. As a CAD/CAM solution for your CNC programming, cncCUT shortens programming times, the machine remains productive during programming and can even cut in night operation.

The ncCAD32 programming solution specializes in the different technologies in sheet metal processing. We support all cutting processes, punching/nibbling and combination machines. Our postprocessors are specially adapted to your requirements, so that an optimal configuration is given for every user and machine.

The punching module of ncCAD32 allows one-click creation of punching paths, which can be manually adjusted if required. Optimization is easy using the practical overview of all punching and stamping paths. ncCAD32 offers diverse recognition strategies for automatic conversion. Special punches are automatically considered. Punches which you have already assigned are recognized and reused. There is even recognition of complete procedures for repeating punch arrangements. All current punch procedures, combi-machines and disposal strategies are supported by our punch module.

ncCAD32’s CAM module offers automated and manual program creation. You have full control and flexibility. Cutting paths are created with a click, and can be fine-tuned to meet your design. Changes made to one workpiece can be copied over to another, or applied automatically to all workpieces. The focus is always on optimization of cutting paths! You can enter technology data for each machine, material type and thickness, and adjust any time. The technology data tables contain parameters such as cutting quality, speed, and settings concerning marking texts.

Every component part of our CAD/CAM software is a professional tool in itself – yet simple without previous experience! In the first step your geometric drawings are created using our CAD module, the Sketcher, or you can import any popular drawing format for example from your customer’s design. Next these drawings are automatically converted by our CAM module to files your cutting machine can understand. The drawings are given ‘technology data’. In this process, cncCUT will suggest the best lead-in points and cutting paths to you, however you retain the power to adjust manually as you see fit. Finally your new parts can be nested efficiently on your sheet metal, and the NC code for your machine created automatically.

The CAD module of ncCAD32 allows you to create geometric figures and gives all required options for constructing a part. Above and beyond, you also have many parameterized macros which can help you construct commonly needed part types. Complex geometric figures can be created very quickly, even by inexperienced operators.

All data is managed in a database and can be searched and combined according to various criteria. With efficient data management, our software supports you efficiently in optimizing your orders. The order is always in the foreground, so that different orders, optimized by material and thickness, can be nested on one sheet. You save time and costs! The finished data is then reported back and you always have an overview of your production and orders.

The Order Management/BLECHCENTER is the interface between your company’s design and production departments. Our technology modules ncCAD32 or cncCUT together with the BLECHCENTER form a professional CAD/CAM unit. Our CAM components feature automatic technology generation, i.e. cutting or punching paths with the corresponding NC code are generated at the click of a mouse.
