Modular designed system for direct heating of process air for dryer and post combustion plants. GRIDFIRE-moduls are available in straight, T- and X-shape for capacities starting at 160 kW. The combination of the moduls makes burner capacities up to 25 MW and more possible.

Proportional working air/gas controller to maintain a constant air/gas ration at different burner capacities and changing pressures. Adjustable bypass for burner start or low fire as standard. Available sizes R ½” to R 2” (GAVR-series) and with flanged connection DN 65 up to DN 100.

Certified ball valves for safe shut-off of fuel gases. The ball valves of the K 88-series with pipe thread in sizes DN 6 - DN 50, KS 76-series with flanged connection DN 40 - DN 200.

Gas filter for operating pressures of 6 bar with pipe connection up to DN 50 for safe remove of particles up to 50 µm to protect downstream components. The gas filters are EC-type tested and certified. Flanged gas filters up to DN 150 and 6 bar on request.

Solenoid valves for safe blocking of the gas supply. The solenoid valves of the VMR-series (fast opening) and VML-series (slow opening) are reliable and thousandfold proven on different applications. Equipped with an integrated flow adjustment they are type tested and certified for operating pressures up to 360 mbar. The VMR /VML series are suitable for ON-OFF operated burner systems with millions of switches over the years.
