As a specialist company according to the German Water Resources Act (WHG), IFA Technology offers expert planning and consulting for the storage of liquids or bulk materials. In the area of so-called LAU plants and systems (plants and systems for storage, filling and handling), our product range includes tank farms and silo systems which, depending on the requirements, consist of mild steel, stainless steel, plastic and GRP tanks. To meet the legal requirements, LAU plants and systems from IFA Technology can be supplied specially coated (HALAR, Teflon, etc.), varnished or painted. Of course, tanks or silos can be equipped with half-tube coils, thermoplates, heating coils or with double jacket. Heated or cooled and insulated models are just as possible as vacuum or pressure blanketed systems. IFA Technology offers you suitable systems for filling and/or emptying tank trucks - both for dry bulk materials and for liquids. For this purpose, screw conveyors, pneumatic conveying systems or pumps are for instance used. We develop holistic solutions that are tailored to your requirements and can be integrated into the control of your production process with the appropriate sensor technology. This enables optimum functionality and operating safety.

The conveyance of highly viscous products is part of our technical expertise. Feed pumps must meet the requirements for a long useful life, low maintenance and wear-free operation. We at IFA Technology live up to this claim by installing the most suitable pump in each of our systems. We use all types of pumps, from centrifugal pumps to gear pumps and piston pumps. Depending on the type of medium and its application requirements, we can design and offer you the suitable shaft seal. This includes among others packing gland seals, mechanical seals or magnetic couplings. We consider your individual requirements and build customised pump systems for you.

IFA Technology offers you a wide range of pneumatic conveying systems, taking into account the substances, the conveyor section and the feed rate. Our product range covers pneumatic thick stream conveying, thin stream conveying, dilute phase conveying as well as plug conveying in the positive pressure and vacuum range. Pipe or hose lines enable vacuum conveyance or pressure conveyance of bulk materials or liquids by means of positive pressure or vacuum. All conveying systems can be customised to meet your specific needs. Gravimetric dosing or weight-controlled dosing is based on the principle of weighing technology. The weight of the weighed material is measured via load cells or weighing cells either directly or by loss-in-weight. IFA Technology offers you specific solutions tailored to your individual needs for weighing, mixing and dosing solids or liquids. We consider your individual requirements and build customised dosing systems for you. The system "IFA-Gravimet" is our standard system in the field of gravimetric dosing. We supply a complete, ready-to-operate pre-assembled weighing, mixing and dosing system. As a complete system for weighing, mixing and dosing liquids, the system can be individually customised to suit your requirements.
