We work with you to determine the exhaust gas purification process and, taking local conditions into account, create an overall concept consisting of a process flow diagram, installation proposal, technical description, the most important process data, system costs, consumption of operating resources (electricity, fuel, compressed air, etc.) and an initial project schedule.

We prepare the hazard analysis/risk assessment in accordance with DIN EN 292 and DIN EN 1050 for the exhaust gas purification system.

We can either take over the entire assembly of the exhaust gas purification system or provide an assembly manager who will coordinate the assembly process by your own staff.

As part of the commissioning, we check all functions of the exhaust gas cleaning system, in particular all safety devices, support you in optimizing the process and control parameters and train your employees in the operation of the exhaust gas cleaning system.

Modern production processes more than ever require reliable and trouble-free operation of all components. This includes ensuring the availability of your exhaust air purification system. This important task requires qualified personnel who are well versed in plant maintenance, on-the-spot on-the-spot problem solving, optimization of technical processes, and advice on current profitability and future requirements.

We will support you as quickly and easily as possible by identifying and providing the necessary spare parts. If required, an IGS service employee will carry out the replacement work on site. Simply contact our service department.

IGS Anlagentechnik will continue to support you here in order to offer you the best possible solution, both economically and environmentally, even years after the initial commissioning.

Meaningful FID measurements in your exhaust air flow or in the clean gas from your IGS exhaust air purification system provide you with information about the current situation and, if necessary, indications of any necessary action. This means you can look forward to any official measurement with confidence.

We prepare the operating instructions for the delivered system strictly in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws and guidelines, either electronically or in paper form, depending on your wishes.

We support you in the preparation of approval applications and check compliance with legal regulations (Machinery Directive, Ex Protection Directive, TA-Luft, Industrial Safety Ordinance, etc.)
