Illawarra Coatings believes in purchasing Australian Made equipment wherever possible. For this reason our factory is equipped with four Onslow dispersers ranging from 7.5hp to 30hp. We have a range of Z blade and sigma mixers for our higher viscosity systems such as the EcoPoxy 3000 pourable grout as well as powder blenders and bagging facilities for producing custom aggregate blends for SL systems. Bulk low speed blend tanks allow manufacture of our penetrating sealers.

Illawarra Coatings has invested heavily in our in-house IT facilities. Our Dell PowerEdge servers not only manage our website and email facilities, but house our SharePoint information management systems (IMS). Our IMS integrates all our AS9001 systems as well as Research and Development Records and Production Planning and Management systems.
