Flue Gas Analysis- Combustion Gas Analysis

TrueSpot - Soot Pump

The True Spot Smoke Test Kit determines efficient combustion and is internationally recognized as the standard method for evaluating smoke density in the flue gases from distillate fuels. Too much smoke is one of the most common causes of excessive fuel usage and expensive service requirements. That is precisely why the smoke test is an indispensable part of any oil burner service job; and with the True Spot®, an accurate smoke reading takes less than a minute. The True Spot® smoke test method has long been recognized as the accepted standard for oil burner smoke tests. It is used by Underwriters Laboratories in approval testing of oil burners; and it is the test method specified in the Installation Standards of the National Oil Fuel Institute by U.S. Department of Commerce, Testing materials (D2156-65), and German Standard DIN 51-402.

Flue Gas Analysis- Forklift Trucks

IM - Model IM 1100 F - CO - Tester for Forklift Trucks

The exhaust gas analyzer IM1100F is designed to measure exhaust gases of LPG Forklift Trucks. The analyzer measures the Carbon Monoxide CO content in volume percent as requested by European and Worldwide regulations. The measured CO value can be saved or printed. The analyzer comes complete with a flexible probe, IR-printer (only IM1100F-SET), additional printer paper (only IM1100F-SET) and a carrying case. The flexible probe, which fits in most exhaust pipes, is inserted into the exhaust pipe and a clamp holds it in place. Measuring exhaust gases is not only important to help control pollutants like CO, but it also helps optimizing fuel efficiency and therefore saving costs.

Flue Gas Analysis- Industrial Applications

IM - Model PCA 400 - Flue Gas Analyser

Bacharach’s PCA® 400 offers everything you and your technicians need to commission, tune, maintain and certify any boiler. It is perfect for spot-checking and tuning your engines with the high-range CO sensor and available sample conditioner. Whether it`s boiler combustion or emissions testing of your natural gas, stationary genset or mobile fleet vehicles, monitoring your emissions is fast, easy and accurate. Users have the option to save measured data in the unit as discreet tests, or stream it live via Bluetooth®communications to a PC or other smart hand-held device for compliance reporting.

Gas Detectors- Gas Leak Monitors

IM - Model MGS-400 Series - Gas Detectors

Bacharach`s MGS-400 Series Gas Detectors make compliance with refrigeration safety codes simple and easy, saving time and money on equipment and installation. Using the MGS-400 App, users can intuitively use, commission and maintain their gas detection system without the need for specialty training or tools. Pre-calibrated sensor modules simplify maintenance, take minutes to exchange, and do not require the use of calibration gas.

Gas Detectors- Supermarket

IM - Model MGS-402 - Gas Detection Controller

Bacharach’s MGS-402 Gas Detection Controller centralizes the status of up to 2 MGS-410 gas detectors in one single location.
A bank of LEDs corresponds to each connected gas detector; showing power, alarm status and fault indicators. The MGS-402 can provide power for up to 2 pieces MGS-410 gas detectors, which can be daisy-chained along with Modbus communication to each gas detector; simplifying and reducing the cost of installation. Combining the MGS-402 with Bacharach’s MGS-410 gas detectors provides a single system with an easy means of achieving compliance with refrigeration safety standards such as EN 378 and ASHRAE 15.

Gas Detectors- Detection in Occupied Spaces

IM - Model MVR-300 - Refrigerant Detector

The MVR-300™ detector is specifically designed to provide continuous monitoring for refrigerants associated with high-efficiency, high volume refrigerant cooling and heating systems, such as VRF/VRV (Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume) sytems. Typical applications include hotels, dormitories, hospitals, office buildings, and apartment buildings.

Gas Detectors

IM - Model MGS-550 - Gas Transmitter

The new gas detector / gas transmitter MGS-550 is a flexible-platform instrument that is easily customized for a wide variety of challenging applications. The advanced MGS-550 gas detector series is user-configurable and can utilize any combination of sensor technologies, including electrochemical, semiconductor (MOS), catalytic bead or infrared, in a single platform for unparalleled detection capability. It can detect an extensive range of refrigerants, combustible and toxic gases in industrial, commercial and institutional environments.

Gas Detectors - Bacharach Leak Monitors

IM - Model MGS-408 - Gas Detection Controller

Bacharach’s MGS-408 Gas Detection Controller centralizes the status of up to 8 gas detection channels in a single location. The digital display provides a real-time view of the gas concentration and status at each gas detection point. It also allows for the controller to be configured in minutes via the intuitive menu system.

Leak Detectors- Combustibles

Leakator Jr - Gas Leak Detector

The Leakator Jr. is a handheld combustible gas leak detector used to pinpoint combustible gas leaks in commercial, residential, and industrial applications, including surveying gas pipelines, and inspecting valves, regulators, and meters on gas equipment. When combustible gases are sensed, audible and visual indication will be given.

Leak Detectors- Refrigerants

Informant - Model 2 - Leak Detector for Refrigerants / Combustible Gases

The Informant®2 is the only dual-purpose leak detector that can detect both combustible and refrigerant gases and is perfect for residential and commercial heating and cooling contractors.
