The imabe car baler / logger is able to bale and process end of life vehicles without taking out their motors, tires, etc imabe iberica designing features include both the processing chamber and the main pushing rams, covered with anti-wear steel replacable plates. Available in several models, with different bale sizes and processing chamber dimensions, the customer can choose from stationary or portable versions. The mobile units can be designed with crane for material load / unload operation.

IMABE 3RAM balers offer a complete product line for this applications, and with our standard high developed hydraulic system, the baling cycle has been accelerated to increase the production levels into awesome figures compared to what existed before in the market. 

Our conveyor belts are based on a system of steel slats, mounted and pulled by chains with robust metal support rollers. Bucket-shaped vertical section profiles are mounted on the horizontal metal slats of the conveyor belt to facilitate materials pull and ascension to the upper part of conveyor for material feeding. A system of articulated lateral flanges on the pulling slats form a labyrinth to keep the waste out the lower sidings of the conveyor.
